We wanted to learn from the flavors of Italy; how these foods captivate and transcend the different cultures. We toured its streets and hidden spots, we allowed ourselves to journey and be seduced by customs, flavors and the traditions of each and every one of its regions. Everything we found, today we share with you. We have brought flavors, aromas and textures that we collected from every corner of Italy, the gentleness of a good mozzarella, the intense lavor of the prosciutto; the freshness of the tomatoes and the ricotta.
This is a journey, from the cooking prepared by the nonna, the recipes that are passed from generation to generation, to the memories of childhood.
